“I help my patients and their families feel confident that their concerns will be taken seriously—and remind them that prevention is fundamental for a healthy life.”
About Dr. Elena Sdraka
Dr. Elena Sdraka is a board-certified internist with a clear mission: to never let a symptom go unnoticed, a test result ignored, or a patient walk out without feeling heard. She brings methodical, comprehensive, and human-centered care to every visit—whether she’s helping patients manage diabetes, uncover hidden infections, or improve their long-term cardiovascular health.
After completing her medical degree at the University of Athens and her Internal Medicine residency at Laiko General Hospital, Dr. Sdraka continued her clinical development in infectious disease, hypertension, and diabetes—eventually serving for over six years at the 1st Internal Medicine Department of Athens Medical Center. Her patients trust her not only for her clinical expertise, but for her warmth, transparency, and deep commitment to getting answers.

Why Patients Trust Me
I am methodical, thorough, and always take time to explain everything clearly. I never overlook a symptom, a lab result, or a question. My patients know that their care is approached with intention and depth—and that I value not only their health, but their peace of mind.
Beyond the Clinic
Dr. Sdraka believes that great care begins with presence, attention, and trust—and that no patient should ever feel overlooked or rushed. Outside of work, she finds balance in spending time with family, watching films, traveling, and staying active through Pilates. She also enjoys puzzles, crosswords, sudoku, and other mind games that challenge and relax the brain—because, as she says, taking care of your mind is just as important as taking care of your body.
