About Dr. Spyropoulos
Dr. Vaios Spyropoulos is a board-certified Clinical Pathologist specializing in diagnostic accuracy, microbiology, and healthcare systems management. As the founder of Iatriki Epivlepsi, a leading-edge medical diagnostics center in Greece, and a trusted partner of HealthScaled™, he ensures that each patient’s care journey begins with the most accurate and insightful data possible.
He earned his Medical Degree from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and completed advanced clinical training in Endocrinology at Erasmus University Hospital in Rotterdam, Netherlands. His specialization in Clinical Pathology-Microbiology was completed at the 251 General Air Force Hospital and Sotiria General Hospital, and he received his board certification in Biopathology in 2010.
Dr. Spyropoulos also holds a Master’s in Healthcare Management from the University of Piraeus and a PhD in Medical Sciences from the University of Athens, combining scientific rigor with strategic oversight.
He previously served as Scientific Director of Biopathology at Venizelio Diagnostic Center, where he streamlined diagnostic processes and raised operational standards. Today, he leads a dynamic team at Iatriki Epivlepsi, providing reliable, high-precision lab testing and supporting clinics, patients, and health systems across Greece.
