About Dr. Paraskevi Kontou
Dr. Paraskevi Kontou is a board-certified endocrinologist with deep clinical experience in diabetes, metabolic disorders, and reproductive endocrinology. She holds an MSc in Women’s Reproductive Research from the Medical School of the University of Athens and earned her medical degree from the University of Patras with honors.
Dr. Kontou completed her endocrinology residency at Alexandra University Hospital in Athens, where she also trained in internal medicine. She has held numerous roles as a scientific lead and associate in major multidisciplinary clinics and fertility centers, including IVF YGEIA Embryogenesis, MITERA Hospital, and multiple LifeCheck clinics across Attica.
A frequent speaker at national conferences and contributor to peer-reviewed publications, Dr. Kontou combines academic insight with an exceptional bedside manner.
